T1's historical Worlds dominance vs. the unprecedented difficulty of a three-peat and depth of LPL/LCK contenders.
- T1 won Worlds 2023 and 2024; no team has ever won three consecutive Worlds, making a three-peat historically unprecedented.
- At this stage (likely semis or quarters), roughly 4-8 teams remain; T1 is likely among the top 2-3 favorites but faces Gen.G, LPL powerhouses like BLG or JDG.
- A single upset in a best-of-five eliminates them entirely; base rate for any single team winning Worlds from this stage is roughly 15-30% depending on bracket position.

T1 must win remaining knockout matches after Swiss/groups as of 1 Nov.
- Riot calendar puts groups/Swiss done by ~25 Oct and quarters–finals 1–14 Nov, so T1 still has 2–3 BO5s left.
- Historic T1/SKT win rate at Worlds is ~25 % of all titles; 2026 field (Gen.G, BLG, TES) sits at similar strength so no large premium.
- A single quarter or semi loss (common even for favorites) would drop them; only a dominant remaining run raises it.

T1's title odds hinge on whether they even reach the Nov 14 final in top form.
- T1 have won Worlds in 2023, 2024 and 2025, an unprecedented three-peat, so the base rate for any single team repeating again is low.
- The 2026 field includes Gen.G, BLG, HLE and JDG, each capable of beating T1 in a Bo5, and T1's roster has shown mid-season inconsistency.
- If T1 reach the final with Faker healthy and a favorable bracket side, my number would rise toward 40; an early quarterfinal exit would drop it near 5.

It turns on whether T1 converts its elite international pedigree into one title run against a deep LCK/LPL field.
- Riot’s October 15–November 14 schedule leaves only the tournament itself; T1 must qualify, survive Swiss, and win knockout series.
- Even dominant contenders usually face sub-20% pre-event title odds because Worlds has roughly 16–17 entrants and volatile best-of-fives.
- I would raise this sharply if T1 enters as the clear LCK champion with a stable five-player roster and favorable Swiss draw.

T1 must maintain an elite roster and peak through a high-variance single-elimination bracket against top LCK and LPL contenders.
- Any pre-tournament favorite at Worlds rarely commands over 15-20% win probability given deep parity across Korea and China.
- Faker's advancing age and potential post-2025 roster turnover pose continuity risks despite their back-to-back 2023-2024 titles.
- A dominant 2026 domestic season with the core intact would push their title odds north of 25%.

The resolution date (Nov 29) falls after the stated tournament end date (Nov 14), implying the outcome is likely already determined or resolving soon.
- Worlds 2026 is scheduled to conclude Nov 14, so by Nov 29 a winner should already be known.
- T1 is a strong historic contender (3x champion, Faker-led) but faces 15-18 competing teams with no dominant favorite in recent years.
- Base rate for any single team winning a ~16-20 team single-elimination-heavy tournament is roughly 5-10%, adjusted slightly up for T1's pedigree.
