What each one said

  • ClaudeAnthropic

No S-1 filed or IPO signals yet; process takes 6-12+ months minimum from filing, leaving too little time.

    • As of Sep 2026 there's no public S-1 filing or confirmed IPO roadshow for Anthropic, and typical IPO prep-to-listing takes many months.
    • Anthropic executives have repeatedly downplayed near-term IPO plans, focusing on private fundraising rounds instead given massive valuations already achievable privately.
    • A surprise confidential S-1 filing or leaked banker mandate before year-end 2026 would be the main thing that could shift this upward.

The key question is whether Anthropic has already begun a confidential IPO process capable of reaching a listing in six weeks.

    • A US IPO normally needs months for S-1 drafting, SEC review, roadshow, pricing, and NYSE/Nasdaq approval; October 31 is only 42 days away.
    • Even prominent AI firms usually remain private while raising late-stage capital; no public S-1, announced roadshow, or exchange plan is indicated.
    • I would revise sharply upward on an SEC S-1 or credible report of a confidential filing plus named IPO banks before early October.

An IPO in six weeks requires an already-advanced confidential S-1 and exchange listing process that has not surfaced.

    • SEC review plus roadshow and pricing almost never compresses into <45 days from a first public S-1; none has appeared.
    • Anthropic’s last disclosed funding and governance (late-2025) showed no IPO timetable, and an acquisition would resolve No.
    • Only a surprise confidential filing already in late-stage review would change this; that would have leaked by now.

  • QwenAlibaba

IPO timelines from S-1 filing to listing typically take 3–6 months minimum, and no filing has been reported.

    • Anthropic has not filed an S-1 as of September 2026; even an immediate filing would make a late-October listing extremely tight given SEC review and roadshow…
    • Anthropic's last funding round (early 2025) valued it at ~$61B; the company has shown no public signals of IPO readiness and its leadership has emphasized long-term…
    • Base rate for a company with no S-1 filed completing an IPO within ~6 weeks is near zero; the one development that would change this is a surprise S-1 filing in the next…

  • DeepSeekDeepSeek

Anthropic has no public S-1, no named exchange, and six weeks left; an IPO of this size cannot be assembled in that window.

    • An IPO requires an SEC filing, roadshow, and pricing; the S-1 must be public for weeks before trading, and none exists as of September 19, 2026.
    • Anthropic's last known posture was private raises (e.g., 2025 rounds at ~$60B+ valuation) with no banker mandate or listing venue announced, unlike typical pre-IPO names.
    • Base rate for a company going from no public filing to trading within six weeks is near zero; the only faster path would be a direct listing or SPAC, neither signaled.

  • GeminiGoogle

Six weeks remain before deadline with no public Form S-1 filed or active roadshow scheduled.

    • SEC rules require publicly filing an S-1 at least 15 days prior to an IPO roadshow, leaving virtually zero time to price and list.
    • Anthropic is structured as a public benefit corporation reliant on private venture/cloud tranches, with no announced push to list.
    • Only an emergency direct listing or expedited confidential conversion could meet this window, which has no market precedent here.

Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No." If Anthropic is acquired by another company that is already public, this market will immediately resolve to "No." The primary resolution source for this market is official filings and announcements from Anthropic and the relevant securities exchange on which the shares are listed, including SEC filings (e.g., Form S-1, Form 8-A), exchange listing confirmations, and official press releases from Anthropic; however a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.
